By downloading or using ParkPal, these terms will automatically apply to you - you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

ParkPal+ Subscriptions

ParkPal offers an optional, auto-renewing premium subscription tier called "ParkPal+". By subscribing to ParkPal+, you gain access to premium features including unlimited live wait time alerts, lock screen show countdowns, and exclusive alternative app icons.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Standard EULA: In addition to these specific subscription terms, your use of ParkPal is subject to the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA), which can be found here: Apple Standard EULA.
