Your privacy is critically important to us. DevItUp ("we", "us", or "our") built the ParkPal app as a freemium service. This page informs visitors regarding our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide personal contact information to use ParkPal. To provide a personalized experience and deliver features like Live Wait Time alerts, we use anonymous device identifiers.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, including Apple (for subscriptions and login) and Cloudflare (for secure asset hosting).
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Because ParkPal does not use personal user accounts, your preferences and active alerts are tied anonymously to your device. You can clear your local data at any time by uninstalling the app, which will immediately sever your device's connection to our alert systems. If you wish to request the deletion of your device's anonymized telemetry data from our servers, please contact us via our Support Page.
